The Bride
The bridal experience should feel completely personal. We consider the dress, hair texture and density, veil or accessories, makeup direction, wedding setting, photography, personal style, longevity, weather and season, and the overall feeling of the day.
It should still feel like her — just considered from every angle.
Hair + Makeup
Bridal hair by Steph Walsh + Mirror Muse Hair Artists, from polished minimal styling to textured updos, modern waves and editorial-inspired bridal work. Bridal makeup by Mihaela + Mirror Muse Beauty Collaborators: skin-conscious makeup designed around the bride's features, comfort, photography and overall direction of the wedding.
Hair and makeup can be booked individually or coordinated together depending on availability and party size.
Bridal Party
The Concierge can also coordinate services for bridesmaids, mothers, family members, wedding party members and additional guests. For larger groups, additional trusted artists can be brought in so the morning stays efficient without sacrificing the experience.

Your wedding-day itinerary: artist arrivals, guest slots, service order and ready-by time.

The team arrives prepared with the schedule and service plan already established: a calm, organized beauty experience.
Bridal Packages
Every wedding is quoted individually with a tailored proposal. Trials, pre-wedding colour, cut or skin, early starts, travel, parking, lodging, extensions and second looks are scoped separately. Hair-only, makeup-only and mixed parties receive a tailored quote.

The Bridal Muse Edit
An optional, inquiry-led gathering before the wedding for a bride and her people, shaped with interested Collective artists, potentially at Level Seven or House of Snob.
Styling, skin, makeup, lashes, massage and Muse Mark small bridal-group tattoos are possible opt-in experiences: customizable ideas rather than guaranteed inclusions. Each independent artist chooses whether to take part, and tattoos are quoted separately.
Food and drink collaborations are ideas, not confirmed inclusions.
Bridal Trials
Trials are a design appointment, not just a practice run. They allow us to explore inspiration, hair preparation, extensions if required, veil placement, accessories, makeup direction, photography considerations, longevity and final adjustments. The bride should leave the trial knowing exactly where the final look is headed.
Wedding Morning
The wedding morning should feel polished but relaxed. Mirror Muse artists arrive with confirmed timing, service order, artist assignments, the bride's design notes, required kit and tools, and party details. For larger bookings, one point of contact through the Bridal Concierge helps reduce the amount of coordination required from the bride.
Pricing + Packages
Every wedding is quoted individually. Choose the package closest to your plans — Sacred Moment, Muse Circle, Muse Ceremony or Muse Voyage — and request a tailored proposal listing services, team, investment, travel and timing. Hair-only, makeup-only and mixed parties receive a tailored quote. Mihaela's bridal skin and makeup packages are a separate offer with set prices, listed above; choose one in your proposal request.
Travel + Destinations
Mirror Muse is available for select weddings outside our regular studio locations: Calgary + surrounding areas, Edmonton + surrounding areas, Alberta destination weddings and select out-of-province / destination work. Travel fees, accommodation and additional requirements can be quoted based on location and schedule.
Elopements + Intimate Weddings
Not every wedding needs a full beauty team. A smaller pathway for elopements, courthouse weddings, intimate ceremonies, bride-only bookings, bride + one or two guests and editorial bridal portraits — still special and fully considered, even when the booking is small.
Events + Occasions
Styling and makeup for engagement photos, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, graduations, galas, formal events, milestone celebrations, photoshoots, red carpet / media, and corporate or brand events.
Editorial + Creative Bridal
Room for more creative bridal projects: bridal editorials, styled shoots, campaigns, photographer collaborations, venue collaborations, designer work and bridal content production.
